Business Development Manager – PCBA/Electronics/Cable Assemblies

Will ideally have experience within a senior sales position with proven experience and achievements of winning and developing key accounts and new business. Will also have a proven record in cultivating long term relationships with uplifts in revenue on a targeted basis. You’ll be tasked with seeking out continued long term partnerships with businesses across Thailand and Asia, and occasionally assisting with the continued relationships with existing customers

You’ll be proactive, an excellent communicator and hungry for success.

Key Responsibilities.

• Arrange meetings and engage with future opportunities
• Management and growth of your own client base in line with volume and revenue targets
• The proactive retention of any cancelling business
• Research and monitor consumer trends, competitor activity and seek out new market opportunities
• Seek new opportunities with lapsed and dormant accounts
• Respond to customer enquiries and product questions
• Creating tailor made solutions based on consumer needs and participate in the production of engaging proposals alongside the team
• Liaise with the engineering and NPI teams so provide the business solution to quote stage

• Must have experience working within a PCBA sales environment
• Technological competency in using multiple IT systems and maintenance of CRM’s is key
• Having confidence to pick up the phone to chase down future business opportunities, while maintaining a positive mind set is also crucial

• The successful candidate must have a go-getting attitude, be highly ambitious and have a desire to be the best they can be
• Good negotiation, presentation and listening skills are required to thrive in this position
